In 2002, as a leader, I hit walls in my leadership, grappling with frustration and feeling stuck. Though I harbored grand dreams and visions for my life, they remained frustratingly out of reach. Unbeknownst to me, my blind spots were preventing me from realizing the full extent of my potential. It was during this period that I sought the guidance of coaches and immersed myself in a transformative journey of leadership development.

This pivotal process became the cornerstone of a radical transformation in my life. Since that defining moment, I've had the privilege of steering over a thousand individuals toward unlocking their leadership potential, empowering them to become catalysts for positive change in our world. I've played pivotal roles in the establishment of several nonprofits and organizations. I've served as a coach and consultant for many business and city leaders.

In 2011, when the esteemed Dr. John Maxwell launched his certified leadership team, I eagerly stepped into the fold, proudly assuming the role of a founding member. Maxwell's resources stand as some of the most tried-and-true tools in the realm of leadership development.

Recently, I joined the Business Made Simple team and became a certified coach through them.  Their frameworks and tools are some of the best out there and I'm excited to offer what they have to others.
