Lunch & Learns

We live in a fast paced world where it can be hard to slow down to focus on increasing our leadership capacity. Most of us have to eat lunch, and a lot of us take a lunch break. Lunch & Learns can be a powerful way to grow our leadership capacity while partaking in a good meal. Lunch & Learns can be a great resource for busy teams on the go.

Typically, my trainings average 45 minutes packed full of information and interaction with the intent of creating a fun learning environment for building awareness.

My goal is to have each person walk away with at least one mind changing idea that will create a desire for motivation and self- improvement to increase productivity in the group and organization.

Mastermind Groups

• The purpose of a mastermind group is to bring together likeminded people who are dedicated and motivated to making effective and lasting changes to their lives in a collective group.
• The mastermind meets an hour a week, once a week, for 10 weeks as we study a book by John C. Maxwell.
• The meetings are confidential and run professionally. I use a curriculum that respects each participant’s privacy and each participant’s time.
• I commit to deliver the best material to you in the allotted time with the utmost standards of professionalism. I ask that you commit to come to each meeting on time, prepared and with a positive attitude.
• As we move through each lesson as a group, we will bring together our ideas and opinions that will help shape and mold our understanding of the material in a way that is far superior to simply reading a book on your own. We will be combining all of our minds to becoming a master mind.
