What is an atom?

An atom is a particle of matter that uniquely defines a chemical element. An atom consists of a central nucleus that is surrounded by one or more negatively charged electrons. The nucleus is positively charged and contains one or more relatively heavy particles known as protons and neutrons. Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter.

Fission and fusion are two physical processes that produce massive amounts of energy from atoms. They yield millions of times more energy than other sources through nuclear reactions.

Fusion

Fusion occurs when two atoms slam together to form a heavier atom. This is the same process that powers the sun and creates huge amounts of energy.

When great leaders (you) add other talented leaders like myself into their journey, they increase their chances for nuclear fusion. When great leaders add leaders with great systems and proven tools, such as Atomic Leadership, nuclear fusion is guaranteed.   

Fission

Fission occurs when a neutron slams into a larger atom, forcing it to excite and split into two smaller atoms. A strong nuclear force holds together the protons and neutrons in the nucleus of an atom. When the bond between particles in the nucleus is broken, a tremendous amount of energy is released. The process of breaking these bonds is known as nuclear fission.
